Before You Jump Into Station and Niche Cleaning
One of the biggest misconceptions that a young pressure wash company owner believes is that they are ready for the big leagues after they have cleaned a few houses or drive-thrus. There is nothing wrong with having that confidence in feeling this way. But before you take on route work with many locations to service, lets tap the brakes for a minute and discuss a few things with you.
Do you really know what your systems are for your business? Not the systems that you copied from the internet to complete your business plan 3 years ago. We are talking about your "systems" for today. To press this point even further, do you have the right people in place to "keep pace" as your business grows? If not, you may want to rethink bidding on those 150 fast food restaurant locations until you have your infrastructure under control. Or you can take your message to the different social media groups and poise the question to individuals that really do not have a clue. This is the hard truth all business owners have faced when opportunity has knocked on their door.
The first 9 hours of training will be soley on Systems - Marketing - Sales. We will use the gas station modality as our platform. In depth and collective training on a wide-range of topics such as, Production rate vs. performance rate, cross-section estimating, crew capabilities, volume pricing, franchise vs independent, marketing in a Covid environment, regional managers vs. the cashier and much more.
My commitment is simple - To offer and provide to the cleaning industry the best hands on training experience in the industry today.
Our passion is without question and focus is keen. It is my prayer that I can help contribute to your success either in a big or small way by applying what Pressure Wash Training has to offer.

Motivator
As pressure wash contractor in the cleaning industry we are confident that you asked yourself these questions when you finally were ready to tackle the niche cleaning market:
Why isn't my phone ringing?
How do I charge for volume work?
How do I get in contact with the decision makers?
How much time should I plan for each location?
How much degreaser do I use?
Can I let the water run down the storm drain?
What is my sales message to the client?
How much do I charge for 5 or 55 locations?
How far should my service area be?
Is it possible to actually speak to the owner of the business?
What's the key to niche market cleaning?
Can't I just jump into this from residential cleaning?
....and much much more!
These questions and many, many more are repeatedly asked daily from hundreds of contractors in the industry. The answers can either be quit simple or you may have been told to kick dirt and figure it our yourself.
At Pressure Wash Training.com we can relate to your frustration. We were in your shoes when we began our careers. We were told similar things when we had questions. 20+ years ago there was no FaceBook or YouTube Channels as a source for education.
Today, the matrix of the cleaning industry has shifted. More people are jumping into the industry with the ideaology that it is a easy business to have. The temptation to download a YouTube training course being taught by an individual that just quit his job as a car salesman is quite common these days. Or the professional trainer with a significant following applying degreaser soap on concrete that is covered with pine needles is an eye catcher for sure. These horror stories are just a few of many that unsuspecting contractors are spending their hard earned money with.
One of the pillars of Pressure Wash Training is to not just show you but also teach you the fundamental undertanding of what you need to know before you get on a jobsite. The skillset to know exactly where your rig will be positioned on that commerical account. The knowledge to know how much SH you will need for that canopy cleaning. What essential tools and spare parts you must have with you at all times
You will spend one full day in the classroom and then that evening we will be on a station or commercial site running the rigs until sometime the following morning. We will answer those questions above and share our stories of when we first started on niche work. Some of the stories however are not pretty. Beyond just cleaning a drive-thru or gas station, we will also dive in deep and teach you on marketing, sales and systems!
Our commitment to you as a future cleaning professional, is to equip you with the correct knowledge, the right skillsets and the unwavering confidence that you will be a success.
Locations, venues and dates are subject to change without notice, we shall refund 100% of your registration fee if the class is cancelled.
